Doing Our Doody is a small, family-run pet waste removal company rooted in Longview, Texas. Our founder, Willum, is a career first responder and a full-time business owner — our crew runs routes five days a week across every community we serve. Everything we do is built on the values that first responders live by.
Willum has spent his career running toward the things most people run from. As a first responder, he learned something early on: the small, steady, reliable people are the ones who keep a community standing. When the sirens stop and the trucks go home, it's the neighbor who keeps showing up that matters.
In 2023, Willum started Doing Our Doody as a way to keep serving his neighbors in a smaller — but no less important — way. He noticed how many families were missing out on their own yards, how many dog parks were struggling, how many apartment complexes couldn't find a reliable partner. So he picked up a rake, loaded up his truck, and got to work.
Today, Doing Our Doody serves yards all across East and West Texas, running routes five days a week in every community we cover. The mission hasn't changed: show up when we say we will, do the work like it's our own yard, and treat every customer the way we'd want our own family treated.
